Please arrive five minutes before the start of your treatment and enjoy a cup of tea in our SPA lounge while you wait. A heated neck pillow also prepares you for the subsequent treatment. If you are late for your appointment, we will be unable to extend your treatment beyond the agreed time, so your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
A hot shower taken shortly before a massage prepares your skin for treatment with our nourishing and relaxing massage creams and oils.
When you book an appointment, please let us know if you have any medical conditions, suffer from claustrophobia or allergies, or are pregnant. This will help us provide you with a perfectly tailor-made treatment and choice of products.
Wear your soft bathrobe and slippers to SPA treatments and throughout Singer’s SPA. We have disposable briefs that you are welcome to use during body treatments. The pool areas are only accessible with swimwear. Please note that the entire sauna landscape is a textile-free zone. Towels are available for use in the saunas.
Prior to any treatment, our therapists will ask you to specify your requirements. Please also communicate your preferences and any discomfort during the course of your treatment so that we can ensure the best possible results. Our Singer’s SPA team includes both male and female therapists, if you have a preference please let our reception staff know at the time of booking
If you are unable to attend, please cancel at least 6 hours in advance of the start of your treatment. Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the full cost of the booked treatment. In case of non-attendance without prior cancellation, the entire cost of the booked treatment will be charged.
