Singer’s new kitchen is here!

For 38 years, our hotel kitchen served us well – now it is time for a new one!

If you’ve ever spent one or more nights at our spa hotel in Tyrol, you know: Indulgence is our top priority. And that’s no wonder, after all, our kitchen cooked up one and two million meals, as well as giving work to several hundred chefs. Günter and Gerti Singer inaugurated their new kitchen in 1984 with great pride. Now, on 12 December 2022, we inaugurated our new kitchen with family and friends – at a rehearsal dinner with aperitif, canapés, and delicious 5-course menu. The kitchen itself is now a pleasant, modern working space suitably equipped for today’s working styles. We extended the original room by around 40m², added a second stove for the patisserie and garde manger, a powerful ventilation system, and upgraded and replaced all dishwashers with modern, more powerful, energy-saving appliance. There is now also a special service lift for the easy transport of delivery goods up to the kitchen – and our staff will get their own buffet, too.
